Order Process Clerk

Location: 4S Ranch, CA 92127, full-time onsite

Hours: Training 7am - 430pm, post training able to start as early as 6am

Pay: $23 - $24/hr

Duration: 3-months, with the possibility of being extended based on business needs

Must be able to pass a background check

The order process clerk will be responsible for maintaining order processing documents and records in an organized and neat manner for easy accessibility. Provide retrieval services of these records for Customer Service and Collections as needed. Process and mail daily invoices, as well as, prepare monthly billing invoices for mail house. Maintain and distribute Order Pending reports as needed. Process address changes for return mail.

Job Duties:

· Update and maintain the Order Pending Reports daily, ensuring that orders are logged on and off quickly for expediting order entry. Periodically check report for accuracy and neatness.

· Process address changes; contact customers to obtain current address information from return mail.

· Process account changes, downgrades and cancelations through the Task Tracker

· File all orders, license agreements, correspondence, return slips and any other order related documents in a neat and organized manner for easy accessibility. Box up old files and prepare them for storage in warehouse. Maintain storage records for retrieval purposes.

· Fulfill document requests for pulling copies of orders and order-related items for Customer Service and Collections.

· Provide assistance as needed for completing order headers.

· Provide assistance as needed for Order Receipt Desk when order volume is high, ensuring orders be stamped, counted and distributed daily.

Qualifications:

· Basic working knowledge and experience with personal computers and Windows-based products.

· Efficient in Excel

· High School diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of two years general office experience.

·

· Must be accurate, detail oriented and have the ability to handle variety of tasks based on priorities.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good written and verbal communication skills
